We invite senior leaders, C-Suite staff, board volunteers, and sponsors to elevate your leadership skills and enjoy a rejuvenating experience by joining us for our annual Spring Leadership Conference in Wisconsin Dells. This unique event promises a perfect blend of professional development, relaxation, and camaraderie. Thursday social options include:

Tee off at Trappers Turn Golf Course, fostering both teamwork and friendly competition.
Savor the finest local wines, allowing you to unwind and network in a more informal setting.
Tour the local scenery on and off the water on a Ducks Boat Tour.

Thursday, May 23: Enjoy lunch buffet starting at 11:00 am, followed by golfing 9-holes on the Lake 9 course at 12:45 pm. Includes Thursday evening and Friday morning program and all meals.

PLEASE NOTE: All-staff foursomes will not be permitted - at least one sponsor will be in each group depending on registration numbers.

Wine Tasting Tour
Thursday, May 23: Lunch buffet will be served at the Kalahari Resort at 11:00 am, followed by a three-stop winery/distillery tour (Baraboo Bluff, Wollersheim, Driftless Glen). Transportation is provided. Includes Thursday evening and Friday morning program and all meals.

Ducks Boat Tour
Thursday, May 23: Lunch buffet followed by a two-hour ride traveling the Wisconsin River above the dam in Wisconsin Dells. Includes two exclusive shore landings: Witches Gulch and Stand Rock. Includes Thursday evening and Friday morning program and all meals. Transportation will leave Kalahari at 12:15 pm.
